Shipping Rates

In order to simplify shipping, we have four shipping zones in place:

  • AT orders: €8
  • EU orders: €14
  • International orders: €22
Returns

Returns for unworn clothing and unused gear with original tags and packaging are accepted through a written request up to 14 days from arrival of your order. See more in Terms & Conditions. Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Processing

‍Orders will be processed within three working days.

Delivery Time

‍We know it is important to receive goods as swift as possible, hence our logistics partner works with carriers all over the world to ensure the best possible rates and times.

  • AT orders: 3 – 5 working days
  • EU orders: 5 – 12 working days
  • International orders: 10 – 20 working days
Taxes and DUties

‍For orders placed in the EU we are responsible for paying the VAT included in the price and nothing is required from you. If there are any additional local taxes they are your responsibility and will be communicated through the carrier.In the case of international orders, Hunderthundert is the exporter and you are the importer; therefore any import duties required are your responsibility and will be handled by the carrier prior to delivery.
